A recent monthly survey conducted by CFIB has found that 47% of small Canadian Business reports shortage of skilled labour. CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Business) states that there is a hike of just 10% as compared to that of survey taken in January 2018 and 20% increment in comparison to that of survey taken in January 2016.
